BUSINESS OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATION (BOA)

The goal of the Business Operations and Administration team is to design and implement coherent administrative/organizational solutions to achieve the goals of the other departments within the CIO portfolio. As part of this goal, the team provides financial, human resource management and other administrative services to the departments. The team is also responsible for billing and recovering costs for services provided by the portfolio to other University departments.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • CIO portfolio financial planning and management, budget preparation
  • CIO portfolio human resources management, planning and advising
  • CIO portfolio planning and implementation of physical space activities
  • Billing and recovering costs for services provided by the portfolio across the University
