ROSI and ACORN Change Advisory Board

Overview

The Repository of Student Information (ROSI) and ACORN (Accessible Campus Online Resource Network) Change Advisory Board (CAB) meets monthly to review requests for enhancements to ROSI and ACORN submitted by academic and administrative divisions across the University. The CAB makes recommendations to Enterprise Applications & Solutions Integration (EASI) with respect to suitability, interdivisional relevance and priority taking into account the request and the analysis and estimates provided by EASI.

Informally, the CAB also acts as a consultation group among members on projects, developments and system concerns. It consists of staff from the Student Information Systems group at EASI, the University Registrar’s Office and representative academic divisions.
